Droppin is a location based conversation tool that enables people who are nearby to engage. When you 'Drop' something, a Geotag is added to it so that it can only be discovered by those nearby. 'Drops' can include text, pictures and tags. When users log on to App they are presented with a feed of all the recent 'Drops' around their current location. There is a simple slider on the top of the feed that users can use to specify their scanning radius for the app. This allows users to either filter only things close to them, as they would at say a party, during class, at a big game or concert, etc, or they can broaden their focus and pick up 'Drops' from all over campus or town. Use Droppin to engage locally in a way that has never been possible before!
