Hard to arrange? No way. E-CAL Event Planner makes it easy to -safe- schedule events and appointments with each other. For business or personal use.
As an organizer of an event you enter the details of the event (like title, location, length) and period in which you want to arrange your event. Then, you pick up to 7 invitees. The invitees get an invitation to share their availability. After that, since you'll see busy / free times, you can instantly set time and date. The event will be added to each calendar.
