Easylink is an iPad based field service tool connecting Johns Lyng Group employees, and its sub-contractor base, to the Global Home Response emergency call out division. The iPad application allows for completion of emergency call outs for the home. Date and time stamping the arrival and completion status and also capturing customer signature to provide full service delivery documentation to its customers via Wi-Fi print or email technology.
