This game is all about powers.
In this game you have been given positive powers (Green). On your counter part there is negative power (Red). Your aim is to attack the negative power. Power resides in the power generators which keeps generating power. Positive generator generates positive power(Green) whereas negative generates negative (Red).

How to Play:
To win over negative power you have to make more of power generators positive by dragging your finger from green generator to the yellow generators.
Yellow generators are dead generators until they have some power(green or red).
To win over the negative power you have to drag your finger from green generator to red generator, which in turn will cause the waves from green to attack red power.
The health is written in the middle of the generators. When all the red power vanishes, you win and move on to the next level.
Similarly if all the green power vanishes then negative power wins (you lose) and you have to play all over again.
