A Customer Reference story highlighting the need to increase efficiency in process delivery for Raiffeisen Informatik. This was achieved by consolidating the management of IT services to produce lower costs and improve quality, whilst creating a roadmap to greater automation and further process efficiency. R-IT worked with HP Software within the framework of the HP Service and Portfolio Management solution. It was critical to ensure regulatory compliance for customers in the financial sector within the solution implementation.
