SurePass is an authentication solution designed to 'fast track' the identification and verification process during a telephone interaction with an organisation's customer service centre. This application provides protection for both customers and the organisation they are contacting (eg. Bank, Airline or Telephone company) as both parties are authenticated before a conversation is initiated. This 'background' authentication process facilitates a superior customer service experience and saves time and money for organisations when dealing with customers over the telephone.

This authentication process can be seamlessly integrated into an organisation's existing iPhone application or distributed as a purpose built application.

To initiate this application, a customer requires an username and password which is provided by the organisation using Emue's Authentication server technology.
