For the second year running European Cooperation Day will be celebrated on 21 September 2013 all over Europe and in neighbouring countries. More than 80 European Territorial Cooperation programmes will organise events to showcase the results of cooperation and how they have contributed to reducing obstacles and disparities, while also increasing cultural understanding and efficiency between European regions.
