First Colors is an easy to use app suitable for infants and toddlers. The app cycles through red, blue, yellow, green, purple, and orange when a user taps, swipes, or pinches the screen. By default, the app will display and say the word for the color. Both these features can be turned off on the main screen.

The idea came from wanting a simple app for my six month old. I wanted an app that would react to taps and swipes but not take him into a different section of the app. After playing around with the idea of having the screen change colors, my wife thought adding the word for the color and sound would make the app more educational and enjoyable for our son.
