On the iPhone we use the GPS to easily track, map, and capture the statistics of your distance fitness activity. We also reward Kudos based on timed fitness activities like Yoga, and Crossfit, and Gym Time. We capture timed activities on both the iPhone and the iPod touch versions of Fitness Rewards. Disclaimer: Fitness Rewards by Plus 3 can run in "background mode" and track your location while other apps are running or while you are making a phone call. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
