Go to setting screen and configure the survey with your business information, address and email address where you want all your survey results to be emailed once end users done with your survey. You can customize both the survey forms with your business information and address so that pre-loaded surveys get your business feel. Navigation of the app is quite simple. You just have to present the customer (with whom you are doing the survey) and just tap the survey form which is close to your business and let the customer take your customer satisfaction survey on over iPad.
