I feel that a vegetarian lifestyle is better for the health of our bodies and the planet. Included in this app are many recipes, useful information and some practical guidelines for a balance vegetarian diet. This has been created over the course of 42 years of being vegetarian, 20 of which I was running an award winning vegetarian restaurant and raising 4 children. An attempt has been made to answer frequently asked questions. This is a collection of my favorite, most requested recipes. They are all vegetarian, dairy, egg and cholesterol free.
