Hotstuff Calendar 2013
Detailed App Info:
Application Description
The Calgary Firefighters Burn Treatment Society is a registered non-profit charity organization supported by 1000+ professional Calgary Firefighters. We are comprised of a 5-member executive supported by a board of directors.
We dedicate and volunteer our off-duty firefighting hours towards raising funds and awareness for the Calgary Firefighter’s Burn Treatment Centre at the Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary, Alberta.
This fundraising ensures that money is available for upgrades, as necessary, to the highly specialized equipment. It also provides the burn unit health care team with opportunities to attend continuing education programs to remain current in new treatment techniques.
The money we donate is accumulated through various fundraisers, public and private donations. The various fundraisers include our annual “Ladies Night Out”, sales of the “Hotstuff Calendar”, corporate barbeques, golf tournaments, a celebrity baseball game and other special events.
