Safety and quality reporting made easy!
The original "HSEQ" - developed by HSEQ-professionals.
"HSEQ" is a smart phone app for easy reporting of HSE and quality reports. The app will simplify the work of collecting reports of safe job analysis/job safe analysis (SJA/JSA), nonconformity, observations/incedents, accidents, near misses and improvement suggestions related to safety and quality.
This application has settings for six languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Norwegian.

• Open for everyone - no need for having any database connected to it, hence no log on
• Works in off-line mode
• Pre-defined categories combined with free text
