The Carrier HVAC Smart browser can be used to access Carriers Aquasmart hydronic system manager and therefore allows users full access and capabilities to manage the Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning system; by managing the comfort conditions, zoning and scheduling the building owner can optimize system operation to deliver comfort and minimize energy consumption. Full capabilities for commissioning, service and visualization of equipment operation are possible. Access is possible thanks to the integrated web-Server that also offers email capabilities for alarm reporting, data trending and energy reporting.
The application allows the user to manage multi-building sites offering productivity and remote management capabilities for facility management companies and building maintenance staff alike.
