iEasyPres is a tool designed to help you calculate loans in a fast and easy way, giving you the possibility to see the details every month, totals per year and the grand totals. These details include the payment of that period, the rate amount and the principal value.

The best part, however, is that you can make changes over time to the interest rate or to the principal (i.e. when you make a partial payoff) with the option to decrease the term of the loan or decrease the installment amount.
