Inertial logger is an application that lets you record Accelerometer and Gyroscope data. You can configure what to record and the sampling frequency.
Additionally, data can be annotated.
Inertial Logger offers also a real-time view of Accelerometer and Gyroscope data, and the opportunity to export recordings in .csv files either by email or using iTunes.
