This application was built for those people who need to record requirements on the go. People like Software Engineers, Business Analysis, Computer Scientist, etc...  It allows you to create new Projects to store the requirements. It then allows you to add requirements underneath a project and categorize them.  The current version allows export to CSV and to a text file via an email.  Currently it is an iPhone only application, but future version will include the iPad. Future versions will also include export to PDF, and Project network transfer between iPhones and iPads.
