He has over 50 articles and interviews on foreign investment, economic issues, economic freedom index, corruption, banking, bond and mortgage. He writes economic columns in Mongolian and English for the daily newspapers Unoodor and UB post.
He received a diploma in Economics from the Moscow State University (Russian) in 1984 with summa cum laude and MBA degree specializing in finance from the Daniel’s School of Business of University of Denver (USA) in 2002.
