Application Description
Readers can now access Journal of Oncology Practice (JOP) articles optimized for viewing on the iPhone and iPad.
JOP provides oncologists and other oncology professionals with information and tools to enhance practice efficiency and promote a high standard for quality of patient care. The goal of JOP is to be the authoritative resource on clinical and administrative management for practicing oncologists. JOP includes original research, feature articles, and recurring columns on various issues pertinent to daily practice operations, all of which are subject to peer review. JOP is a publication of the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
The JOP app allows you to
- View the current issue of JOP, plus the two most recent back issues, in text and PDF formats
- Stay connected via user’s institutional subscription. If your institution has a JOP subscription, you will be able to access content via any IP addresses registered with JOP
- View articles “off-campus” via the mobile voucher service. Users can register their devices and be able to access their institutional account away from the main institutional network
- Browse from article to article with a convenient swipe of the finger, as if you were reading an eBook
- Keep track of your reading via the Favorites and History links
- View related links and articles not on the app conveniently via the in-app browser without leaving the app
- E-mail articles or even just specific figures or tables to yourself or your colleagues
-Save articles in PDF-format to your personal library on your device via apps like iBooks and Dropbox.
