Lead Screen presents guidance for clinicians on lead poisoning screening in children based upon the New York State Department of Health guideline of October, 2011. It puts at your fingertips information on whom to screen, how to screen, what to do with various levels of blood lead level test results, signs & symptoms of lead poisoning, lead exposure risk factors, assessment for elevated levels, and a discussion of variations among guidelines on this topic.

The app addresses such common questions as:

This app is written and intended for practicing clinicians who provide primary care for children including pediatricians, family physicians, nurses, PA's and NP's; for resident physician trainees; and for medical students.
