These lifestyle events include sleep and nap timing, meal types and timing, exercise types and timing, and caffeine use and timing. Choose which events to be alerted on, and choose from a variety of alert sounds and alert lead times. Alerts include built-in alarm clock pre-timed with your ideal wake time.

Your round-the-clock schedule is displayed in a daily Activity Rest Cycle (ARC) model, a unique graphic format that enables at-a-glance viewing of any 24 hour cycle. Choose from daily or weekly views, or use calendar view to see the ARC for any day or week in your schedule into the next ten years.

LENSmobile provides extensive educational content on the basics of sleep skills, fatigue and alertness physiology, circadian rhythms, sleep cycles, sleep stages, sleep hygiene, costs of fatigue on society and more.
