Do you ever wonder how long your last run, bike ride, or hike was? Do you ever want to chart a path before actually doing it? Well now you can! Mapometer provides an easy mechanism to measure the distance of any route!

Start the route by either typing in an address into the search bar, or by selecting the tap button to enter Map mode and tapping on the map. Both actions will add a starting pin to your map. From there you can continue using the search bar or tapping on the map to add more waypoints on your route. Once you are finished, hit Calculate and Mapometer will tell you the total distance and all the intermediate distances as well.

To fine tune your route, you can select a pin and drag it somewhere else on the map. It's best if this is done while not in Map mode.

If you need to delete a pin, select the pin and hit the trash can button. If you need to clear the map to start a new route, hit the trash can while no pin is selected, and then select the Clear Map button.

To change the type of map and the unit of measurement, hit the information, (i) button, at the bottom right corner of the screen.
