Application Description
MapTracker lets you record your track on a map and find your iPhone.
★ Call Vibrate: Another great feature that inform you by vibration that the call is connected. (iPhone only)
*** On the first use of the app a popup message should appear letting you know that the app was initialized successfully.
*** Click Edit on the upper left corner to get into find phone settings.
You can find your iPhone in a different way.
Call it and it will tell you where it is. No need for another iOS device.
Just dial your iPhone number a few times in a row and hang up, in order to trigger the "Locate" mode. Your iPhone will play a load alarm and you will receive back an email with it's location on a map plus battery level.
The number of consecutive unanswered calls and the time frame are set as parameters.
No need for internet connection to activate the alarm when you can't find your iPhone.
Record your track:

Once you click on the Play button you can start recording your movement on a map. The app draws a line from start to end. The recording is very accurate and lets you see the exact distance you did. It also tells you the time in minutes it took you from start to end and the average speed.
To stop recording just click on the pause button.
It is very useful when you want to check the distance and time you did while walking in the park, going on a trip, or using your car.
You can save your track and compare it to older tracks.
Use the toolbar search icon to check for older tracks.
You can close the app and it will continue to run in the background while recording your track. To check the current travel just open the app again.
*** Please make sure that you allow MapTracker to use your current location (Use Location Services) in order to work properly.
Find iPhone Settings:
----------------------
★ Enabled - Enables or disables phone locator.
★ Calls (Consecutive Calls) - Set the number of unanswered consecutive calls within a time frame to activate phone locator. (Alarm + email with location plus battery level).
★ Email - Sets the email that is used to get phone location and battery level. Check your spam folder if you don't get an email. Please note that you can also see the phone location online by registering with your email address at:
http://www.novniv.com/findphone.php
If email field is empty phone locator is disabled.
★ Alarm - Sets the alarm sound when phone locator is triggered.
★ Alarm Duration - Sets the duration of the alarm.
★ Vibrate On Connect - Vibrate the phone when your current phone call is connected. This will allow you to put your phone in your ear only when the other party answers your call.
★ Last Located On - The last time the phone was located.
★ Location - The last location place.
GPS is required.
