Master Paintings Week London brings together the most distinguished names in Old Master galleries along with auction houses. The fifth Master Paintings Week takes place from 28 June to 5 July 2013 and is one of the key events in London’s Summer season.
This collaboration between twenty leading dealers and three auction houses offers an extraordinarily wide selection of European paintings dating from the 15th to the 20th centuries.
The iPhone application provides access to a shared collection of works and detailed information on each of the participants. The collection is constantly updated during the run up the week itself and will be synchronised to the application each time you use it.
Every work is described in detail, with some accompanied by a full essay describing the work and artist in greater depth. A list of participants is provided in list and map views and will shortly be accompanied by information on nearby Hotels and Restaurants to help you plan your visit to London during one of the key events in London’s Summer season.
Participant profiles and selected works are synchronised through DigitisedArt. Inventory and Art Fair management technology.
