Application Description
The mAX Sales app is an innovative offering from Junction Solutions and the latest advancement in providing mobile ERP capabilities to our clients as a leading Microsoft Dynamics AX partner. With mAX Sales, direct sales representatives can bring current customer and product information into their customer’s office and place new orders into the Dynamics AX system.
mAX Sales is a sales force automation app with many capabilities. All information is synched from the Dynamics AX system to the mobile device based on the sales representative assigned to the device. This allows for the content shown to the customer to be fully customizable and controlled within the Dynamics AX system. Sales orders created by the customer will sync directly into Dynamics AX resulting in a seamless integration of ERP and mobile device.
Customer Information:
· Customer address information is integrated with maps for easy office visits.
· View sales order history and status
· Use sales order templates for quick re-orders.
· Account balances
Product Detail:
· Filter displayed products by category
· Item images
· Descriptions
· Inventory levels
· Supports multiple dimensions
Sales Order Creation:
· Create sales orders
· Price overrides
· Send customizable Email receipts to customer
· Order notes
· Completed sales order data will be entered directly into the Dynamics AX system.
Reporting:
· Display fully customizable graphs to your sales team on the mobile device using Dynamics AX as the source of the data.
