This is a mobile companion to MDlog, a Cloud based EMR application designed for Geriatric Practitioners who attend to patients in Long Term and Post-Acute Care facilities (LTPAC).
This App will allow you to
• Document H&P and Attending Note.
• Dictate comprehensive Subjective and Objective notes directly into the EMR application as you make the patient rounds
• Automatically Identifies the patients in the Rounding list and highlights them.
• Dictate Handoff notes into the EMR application while On-The-Go to communicate patient care instructions to the next covering medical staff member
• Review the Patient Rounding list containing pertinent medical history
App drives the efficiency of Medical Staff's daily workflow. The medical staff can
• Complete their daily patient rounds faster
• Quickly document patient's clinical notes
