The Medibank Mobile App is a convenient way to manage your health cover. Here you can find a Members’ Choice provider, claim for selected extras, access your extras claims history, update your contact details, view your policy information and more.
Who can use the Medibank Mobile App?
There are certain features anyone can use, such as the Members’ Choice provider search. But to use features relating to your membership, you must be a Medibank private health insurance member.
For the moment, Medibank members with corporate covers, Visitors Health Insurance, Working Visa Health Insurance and Overseas Student Health cover may not have access to all membership related features.
What can I do with the app?
- Make a claim for you or your dependants for dental, optical, chiropractic and physiotherapy services
- Check the status of existing claims
