The Meeting Attendance app makes it easy to collect an attendance record at meetings.  Attendees can enter their own contact information using a simple interface.  The interface can be customized with your graphics to change the user experience during the entry process.

You can add, edit, and delete meetings and attendees on the device, and send email to groups of attendees from within the app.  For follow-up meetings, you can copy attendees to a new meeting, and take roll quickly by marking people present or absent. Multiple presenters can share the app and manage their own list of meeting and attendance records.

Export attendance records to use the data externally.  You can filter the export by presenter and meeting, and only include the columns you are interested in. The exported CSV file can be emailed as an attachment, or you can open it in other apps you may have installed on the device that support CSV file import.  You can also copy the file from within iTunes when the device is connected to your computer.

Customizable features:
• Select from built-in themes to change the appearance of the background and forms.
• Use your own images for the background and forms (subject to layout-size requirements).
• Edit the instruction text that appears on the attendee entry form.
• Display or hide the Presentation Name and Presenter Names during attendee entry.
• Change the color of the text and text drop shadows that appear on the forms.
• Set a password to exit the attendee entry cycle.
• Change the form transition effect.
