This app will provide the latest information about the Millennium Hollywood Project. The Millennium Hollywood project will be a dynamic mixed-use project split between two parcels along Vine Street between Yucca Street and Hollywood Boulevard. The project area comprises a total of 4.47 acres of land. Millennium Hollywood will be a new Hollywood spectacular for the 21st century, upholding the tradition of magnificent and innovative architecture as the Capitol Records Tower did in its day. Two new buildings designed by Handel Architects will rise on the site to frame views of the Capitol Records Tower and the Gogerty Building, which will be preserved under the oversight of architect Bill Roschen of Roschen Van Cleve Architects. Roschen and Handel Architects are collaborating with James Corner Field Operations on the design of extensive open space, street-level plazas, and enhanced pedestrian circulation throughout the site and to the east that will link the landmarks with the new structures. Innovations in the incorporation of technology into site planning will create a compelling experience integrating the musical history of Capitol Records into the pedestrian, shopping, and dining experience.
