Application Description
Welcome to MITRA - 'Mahindra In Time Response & Assistance'.
The safety and security of an employee is of paramount importance to us. In these troubled times it is important for you to know that Mahindra cares for you and your loved ones.
Purpose of Application:
MITRA is designed to provide in time assistance to Mahindra Group employees, who enrol in the programme, whether they are at home, office or on road within the geographical limits to which this service extends.
This is a voluntary scheme where an employee may choose to register if she / he wish to. Registered employees can seek MITRA assistance in case of:
i. Medical Emergency,
ii. Crime / Assault, or
iii. Accident
iv. Vehicle Break-down
v. Police liaison requirements for any of the cases above
Target Audience:
Target audience is Mahindra group employeees.
In a phased roll-out, MITRA services will first be offered to employees of Corporate Centre and then to other employees operating at Mahindra Towers and subsequently to Group employees based in Mumbai region.
This Application is only for Mahindra group employees who voluntarily register for services.
MITRA services are available within the geographical limits of Mumbai & Navi Mumbai i.e. from Churchgate to Mira Road, CST to Thane city and Navi Mumbai. Additionally, vehicle related services would be available on Mumbai-Pune and Mumbai-Nashik highways.
The necessary infrastructure for making MITRA operational will be maintained by Corporate Infrastructure & Services (CIS). The actual cost of specific assistance provided by external service providers will be recovered from registered employees at actual as set out under scope of services.
