MoBoard is another navigation training app designed to increase a prospective submarine or surface Navy Officer's ship-handling skills.
This app allows the beginner to examine closest point of approach (CPA) information to develop a "seaman's eye" for contact management.
Users can now move the target by touching the screen. Touch the center of the target symbol and drag out proportional to the course and speed. Ie, touch and drag center to the upper left for ~045T.
