MomentStrong is a patent-pending, mobile health and wellness application delivering "Strength When You Need It". With MomentStrong, users specify locations and/or times for which they will need help with health or wellness lifestyle challenges, and a motivational message arrives when they reach that location or at the requested time. MomentStrong currently supports diet, exercise, smoking, drinking and stress, and runs on both iPhone and Android. MomentStrong is different from any other mobile motivational product because it focuses on weak moments.
