MusicMarker lets you bookmark items from your media library, making it easy to retrieve songs, podcasts, or audio books. What's more, MusicMarker lets you add annotations to bookmarked media items; this way you can mark specific parts of a media item and describe them with ratings, notes and color codes!

MusicMarker cooperates with your iPod or Music app in a smart and elegant manner, making sure that none of the extra functionality provided gets in the way. To give an example: you don't need to play a media item before you can view and edit its annotations. If you're editing a different media item than the one that's playing, MusicMarker displays clearly what's being played and what's being edited; and with a single tap you can either go edit the media item that's playing, or play the media item that you're editing.

MusicMarker supports iTunes file sharing! Just connect your device to iTunes, save your annotations to pc or Mac, and view them with your favorite text editor.
