MyBPBuddy is an easy way to keep track of your blood pressure and pulse, whether you are exercising, taking new medication or just want to keep track of these important values.

Adding a reading is a simple matter of entering your blood pressure and optionally your pulse, along with an optional comment - the date and time of the reading are added automatically but can be changed if required.

You can then view readings in either table or graph format.

From the table screen you can access statistics such as average, maximum and minimum for a period of the last month or all readings.

The graph screen can show readings from the last week, month, 3 months or all readings. You can also show blood pressure and/or pulse by swiping left and right and warning areas based on thresholds by swiping up and down.

Thresholds in MyBPBuddy can be tailored to fit your own personal BP target, as set by your doctor or health professional. Readings outside your target are shown in red.

Details of all readings can be sent via Email to anyone. This can be used to send your readings to;
- Family member
- Health care professional
- Your own Email account, for backup.
