My Diabetes App is a comprehensive diabetic log that's designed to make the daily management of Type 1 diabetes easier by helping diabetics improve their blood glucose control.

The app was designed and developed by a Type One diabetic and is incredibly easy to use.

While this version is aimed at helping Type 1 diabetics we will be adding features to help those with Type 2 diabetes in the future.
