Get FSU Mobile to find out what’s happening on the campus of Florida State University! Features include event calendars, news and video stories, and an incredibly handy “Places” tool that shows where things are happening and buildings are located on a campus map. Students can even keep up with their classes via the Blackboard academic suite or contact faculty members using the campus directory.

Features:
Directory
Use the e-mail or phone capabilities of your device to connect to anyone campus-wide. Look up Florida State faculty and staff to find offices, email or phone numbers and store contacts with a few taps.

Athletics
Keep up with the latest Florida State sports news, schedules and up-to-the-minute scores.

Calendars
FSU Mobile app for all mobile devices also offers greater usability with the university-wide event calendar system as more university departments come online with calendars to share events across campus. These calendar events can be easily added to your own calendar.

Maps
Search for Florida State buildings, find them on the map, see your relative location, and zoom or pan across the map using the multi-touch interface.
Your FSU Mobile app on your device (with a camera) now allows you to explore the FSU campus in a whole new way. Augmented Reality (AR) for Maps, and Places leverages the iPhone's camera, GPS and compass to identify the buildings on campus in a 3D, interactive view. With a tap, view walking time from a current location and other details about the places around the campus. (Augmented Reality is available on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch with cameras only).

Videos
Get frequently updated Florida State video news content.

News
See all Florida State’s news feeds consolidated in one place including Athletics, Campus news, Information Technology alerts and University news. Sort feeds for all news by the most recent.

Images
Get access to digital images of Florida State and choose from a separate set of Florida State wallpapers to customize the look of your iPhone screen.

Places
Look up dining locations on campus to see what is open, then see it on a map and select your location to see which restaurant is close to you.
Use Augmented Reality (AR) which leverages the iPhone's camera, GPS and compass with your location to see all dining and shopping on campus through the camera on your device. (Augmented Reality is available on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch with cameras only).

Emergency
Look up emergency phone numbers quickly.

Library
Quickly go to the library's mobile pages to find out hours, search catalogs and databases and ask a librarian a question.

Blackboard Mobile™ Learn
View announcements, participate in discussions boards, update blogs and journals, and check grades.

Admissions
Florida State University Admissions Office now has a presence on FSU Mobile to allow prospective students to learn more about becoming a Seminole, right from their mobile device.

Personalize your FSU Mobile home screen
FSU Mobile isn't a one-size-fits-all app. That's why you can organize the modules in the way that works best for you. Just press and hold a module until it jiggles, then drag and drop within the existing screen, or move it to a new one.

FSU Mobile is a collaboration of various departments on campus under the direction of Information Technology Services.
