Note
If you are having issues about wrong username and password, please try the following steps before contacting us.
1. Close the app by going back to your home screen, press the home button twice so the multitasking bar shows up from the bottom, touch and hold the app icon, and press the X on the icon to force the program to close.
2, Go to Setting on your iPhone, find MyLC, and make sure all your email and password are correct.
3. Launch the app again. This time it should work fine.
