MySines is an application that allows a person to track information about their lives (feelings, actions and thoughts) over time and, hopefully, discover patterns in their lives (both positive and negative) that they may want to modify or enhance.

You define actions that you may perform during the day or events that may occur along with feelings that you want to track. Each action and feeling type is assigned a different color. Each day you select which actions you performed (or events that occurred) and how you are feeling that day.

These values are charted on a calendar over time to reflect the changes of their feelings and which actions occurred on each day. It’s this charting (with filtering) that allows the visual inspection of patterns in your life. The patterns could be related to specific or grouped actions or even with specific days of the week. You can filter actions and feeling from the chart to help visualize any cause and effect patterns.

Actions : These could be things that you do (take a shower, medication, etc) to events out side of your control (it rained today, someone yelled at you, you found a penny, etc).

Feelings : These are range values of how you feel. They can vary from how happy you are, your strength / energy level, pain in your legs to how much you ate today.

Thoughts : Each day you can enter in your thoughts for that day.

It’s the tracking and correlation of these values over time on a calendar that may help in perceiving patterns or cause / effect influences in your life.

MySines can be used for tracking - Work, Exercise, Health, Behaviors, Happiness or an unlimited combination of actions and feelings.
