Application Description
Built for UNITE students, to help make living with us hassle-free.
With ‘My UNITE’ you can connect quickly and easily with your local UNITE team with maintenance requests and receive up-to-date notifications about your building, to make your stay with UNITE even easier.
UNITE is the largest and most successful student accommodation provider in the UK for one great reason – we love finding ways to make staying with UNITE even better!
If you have any issues in your room or flat, which you think need the help of one of our facilities team, then the My UNITE app can help. You can create a maintenance request directly from your iPhone or iPad and submit to our teams to schedule a call-out.
You will also receive progress notifications on any maintenance requests, plus you’ll get handy notifications on anything else to do with your building.
In addition the ‘My UNITE’ app sends you a notification whenever you receive a parcel and also lets you know if there is anything on your account that needs your attention, such as a direct debit notice or new statement to read.
If you get locked out of your room then there’s even a quick connection to our Emergency Contact Centre, to get you sorted as fast as possible.
Designed for iOS 7.0 and is not compatible with lower versions, i.e. 6.3
