Want to monitor spending on mobile data? Want to project mobile data usage?

Q: Why should I use MyWatchdog instead of other apps?
A: It is because MyWatchdog would not request your password if simple web page showing your data usage is accessible from mobile data network (and no password is needed from your operator).

** Capture usage from login free customer service page:
• If your mobile operator provides customer service page accessible from cellular network and no logon is required, MyWatchdog could capture current usage from there.
• “Links” setup allow you specify the page and literal text of the desired value (so that MyWatchdog could deduce how to locate it from the same web page structure.)
• “Reports” setup associates report with the link.
• You could share the operator specific links with friends by email.
• No background running is needed.

• Customer service page accessible from cellular network only may not be reachable from WiFi network; check data connection type before the capture.
• Web capture of usage figures is likely workable on simple HTML page. Plain text or complicated web page may not work.
• Capture figures from operator web page are not endorsed by the carriers. The same web page may be changed later and break the capture mechanism. We would not be responsible for any loss.
• All figures and projections are for reference only. That may not be the same as billing.
• This is not continuous monitoring, and hence, not required to run in background.
• MyWatchdogLite is ad-supported; showing ad incurs data cost.
