MyWellnessApp helps you track how you feel during the day by simply tapping on icons and taking pictures. This is a photo journal of your wellness. Each icon represents a specific health aspect, such as your appetite, mood, sleep or energy. Icons are included by default and can easily be renamed and customized by you.

The Icons represent personal levels of wellness and the meaning of the icons and levels are user specific.

Each entry can be shared on your social networks (Twitter and Facebook), and a list of entries can be shared via email or to your GDocs. MyWellnessApp allows you to create your own version of a personal health record (PHR) by syncing with a GDocs spreadsheet.

You can also personalize each entry by adding a picture or a short video taken with the iPhone camera, representing that particular moment when you're taking note of your feelings. All data is stored locally on your iPhone.

MyWellnessApp also lets you set reminders throughout the day so you don't forget to take your vitamins.
