Application Description
Order Suite is an iPad app realized in native iOS language, created for sales agents.
The application is extremely user friendly and intuitive while offering great potential with the goal of facilitating the agent’s operations, optimizing time and increasing productivity.
It is composed of modules perfectly integrated between them.
The agent may enter the master data of its customers, schedule appointments through the appropriate calendar, create a catalog of products, collect the orders.
The application allows the user to view the selected customer’s position on the map, as well as the position of other customers within the displayed area.
On the order screen will appear, once you have chosen the customer, the delivery address, payment terms and conditions of sale.
The agent will add the products by selecting them from the catalog and will be able to choose the discount to be given to the customer.
The software allows to sign the order directly on the iPad and creates a pdf form including signature that can be sent by e-mail at any time.
