Pegs and challenge balloons make Pachinko Challenge hard to put down. Tap the top of the screen to replace a ball and avoid all the pegs to get in the goal and score points. But you'll have to avoid the balloons along the way, if your ball pops a balloon you lose a lifetime, and you only start out with 3. Earn points and lifetimes as you move up each of the 21 levels.

- You can create multiple balls, but if balls touch or collide you lose 5 points
- Score 50 points each time you make a goal
- If ball collides with a red balloon, you lose 1 lifetime
- Earn lifetimes each time you move up to the next level
- Pick up hearts in upper levels to earn additional lifetimes
- Fast balls in upper levels add to the challenge
