Pick Up Memories
PEN pic is a free picture sharing app with experience the flavor of OLYMPUS PEN's Art Filters on iPhone . You can "drop" your picture on the location where you took the picture or "pick up" one that someone has dropped at the same place.
■How to use
1. Pick Up a Picture
After logging into PEN pic, take a walk—wherever you like!
You may be able to pick up a picture that someone has taken at the place where you are.
2. Apply an Art Filter
You can also take your own picture! Then apply an Art Filter to the picture.
The nine Art Filters exclusive to the OLYMPUS PEN. Now you can experience the flavor of the Art Filters on your iPhone with PEN pic! Try them all and find your favorite.
3. Drop the Picture
Once you create your own picture, drop it! Tap "Drop" button to drop it on site!
4. Enjoy Popular Pictures in the Gallery
Many people are taking pictures with PEN pic. The “One Day" function shows popular pictures in chronological order. Enjoy seeing pictures by other people and share in their moments!

You can use PEN pic without logging in. Simply enjoy experimenting with the Art Filters in this mode. Further, the PEN pic is linked with Twitter and Facebook! Logging into PEN pic not only enables you to drop or pick pictures, you can also share pictures via an SNS with a simple operation.
■Notes
*Location Information Gained in the Background
PEN pic supports background operation (iPhone4S and iPhone4 and iPhone3GS after iOS4).
GPS is known to consume battery power. However, this app does not consume the battery power a lot because it is not communicating with GPS stations. Instead, once it is turned off, the app gains approximate location information using mobile phone base stations every several kilometers.
*PEN pic keeps communicating even during the background operation. Communication fee may be charged depending on your mobile phone plan. This mode can be switched off by turning the background operation off on the Settings page.
