Application Description
Welcome to Photocoin!
Calculate coins of the same kind by taking a photo of them!

IMPORTANT: PHOTOCOIN IS OPTIMIZED TO WORK ON IPHONE 5, IPHONE 5C AND IPHONE 5S!

1. Place coins of the same kind on a flat, light-colored surface in one layer (so that no coins are on top of other coins).
2. Tap the button on the right which corresponds to the type of coins you wish to calculate; the camera will open.
3. Bring your iPhone to just the right distance to the coins so that the red circle on the camera view matches one of the coins in the center of the pile. Take a photo, tap “use photo” and wait a few seconds.
Although Photocoin will identify coins on various backgrounds, it works best when coins are placed on white paper.
Photocoin will count up to 260 coins in far-away mode and up to 73 coins in close-up mode, when used on iPhone 5/5c/5s.
If any coins are not identified in the photo, you could enter their amounts manually by tapping "Add Coins Manually".
