Any root word entry can be expanded to show more detail and whether it is in one of the following classifications: Botany/Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Medicine, Geopolitics or Zoology.

You can keep your place in the chart while performing a separate search. On the table display, you can choose to either include the example words to get a better feels for the root words or exclude them to get more root word entries onto the screen.

You can increase the size of the font for better readability or decrease the font size to squeeze even more root word entries onto the screen. The app allows you to rotate it into landscape from which you can see more of the meanings and examples at one glance.

"I CAN'T FIND SOME ROOTS"
Upon investigating why some users have reported not being able to find certain word roots, we have determined that some users were searching the limited-entry Chart instead of the entire database. To search the entire database, first tap the Search button on the bottom of the display.

Also, instead of just posting a bad review, we ask you to please email us any word roots you feel are missing. At no additional cost to you, we will be expanding our database to 3,000 roots, and we would like to be as comprehensive as possible. Thank you for your patronage!
