Application Description
This app calculates reported temperature from an aviation weather reporting station adjusted for non-standard barometric presure.
This application retrieves METAR data from the supplied airport code and automatically corrects the reported temperature for non-standard pressure. Pressures must be reported in inches of Mercury (Hg).
iPodTouch / Wifi-Only iPad users can manually input reported temperatures and altimeter settings to make equivalent calculations.
Preflight Pro does not contain any advertisements.
Additional Features:
1. Full METAR viewing. Tap the weather button to view the full METAR report in raw textual format.
2. Night Mode: A red hued, low-contrast color scheme is available for use in low light settings.
