The PSG assistant is an app designed to streamline any photographers business, whether you are a "new business" photographer or a seasoned pro.
Based around a workflow and custom contact management system, this powerful suite of systems allows you to create events and schedule requirements such as customer callbacks or even location scouting in a simple, colour coded, calendar centric way.
Reminders can be set to keep track of customer contact, interviews and shoot dates by integrating created event and schedules with your currently used standard calendar.
Managing clients is easy with our custom made account manager, allowing for multiple clients to be tagged in a single account, keeping multiple family member clients in a single account helps manage your clients and bookings in the easiest ways possible.
Events for individual clients or all clients from a single account can quickly and easily create contracts and model release forms that can be previewed and signed by the client directly on the device.
The created contracts can then be emailed to yourself and the client for filing and even printed to wireless printers via AirPrint if available.
Colour coded events show at a glance what type of events are booked from a month calendar view, so without even bringing up a day view of the calendar, you will know what needs to be done each day using a simple 3 light gauge system on the button for any specific day instantly confirming availability for your client and giving an accurate account of bookings.
See a photo opportunity in the street but need a quick model release for a one time opportunity?
No problem. The quick event type allows you to generate a one time use model release form to get the people in your street photos permission to use the photos without the need to fill in all the required information to create an account.
Making a model release has never been so simple and signing with their finger on your device screen means you never need worry about being caught without a stock form and pen again.
As if all these powerful scheduling and contract creation tools wasn't enough, we even include a handy Depth of field calculator feature to make those calculations become as simple as dragging a slider on your screen.
So while on your shoot, that you scheduled with the photographers assistant app, you can instantly calculate your depth of field based on your camera, lens choice and crop factor on your equipment.
This also can be spun round to make hyper focal distance calculations also.
