PVSol is the first application of a new suite of applications thought for the photovoltaic market, a suite of useful tools for the proposal and planning of photovoltaic implants.
PVSol computes irradiation values and the corresponding energies referred to 1KW peak power, using GPS coordinates, the orientation (azimuth) and tilt of the photovoltaic panels.
The computation is distributed over the months of the year and based on sun illumination and historic data of mean cloud filtering obtained by PVGIS.
In addition, given the number and peak power of the photovoltaic modules, PVSol computes the monthly and annual photovoltaic energy production.
After computation with a single button press it is possible to send the result by email.
