Determine the resolution of your digital camera:
-Enter camera pixel size and microscope magnification to find the smallest sample features your camera can resolve.

Determine the resolution of your microscope:
-Type in the sample emission wavelength and the NA of your objective to determine the smallest feature resolvable by your microscope.
-Compare resolution to your camera's resolution to find if they match to ensure you are adequately sampling.

Determine the Field of View of your camera:
-With pixel size, number of pixels and microscope magnification, find the Field of View of your sample captured by your digital camera.
